Please note that the 14 days begins from the day the order arrives in store or is delivered to the address stated. You have a further 14 days to exchange this item for a change of size or different item, If you are out of this time frame you will be issued a credit note.

Please note - when returning a faulty item please send via Royal Mail, we have a cap of £3.99 that can be refunded for faulty postage costs. As always a proof of postage is required.
