It is no problem to make a return to Smarty Pants. If returning by post please return to:

Unsuitable items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags on, within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that the 14 days begins from the day the order arrives in store or is delivered to the address stated. You have a further 14 days to exchange this item for a change of size or different item, If you are out of this time frame you will be issued a credit note.

For orders to all countries outside of the UK please note that there may be additional tax, customs or import duties levied to you by your government once your parcel reaches your country. If they are not paid and the parcel is then returned to us, we may be charged for the return of your package; this return delivery charge will be deducted from any refund value or will need to be paid for before any re-shipment can be arranged.
